The days of being able to call a customer a cunt without fear of retribution have arrived. What I like most about it is the fact that after he said it, it spread like wildfire amongst booksellers in the region and they all felt bolstered by it and took it as a victory.

 I don’t think I’ll be calling anyone a cunt, but the next person who asks me ‘Where am I going to get my coffee from now ?!’ in that exasperated, pathetic way will be punched in the face.
